Being a Scout volunteer is no easy task. Balancing the constant pressure to keep everyone happy, deliver exciting programmes, support your own families, and contribute to the wider #Team6th family — often without thanks — takes real dedication.

The Management Team would like to take this opportunity to invite you, your partners, and your young people to a special Volunteer Thank You Event on Sunday, 9th November, at HMS Sultan Senior Rates’ Mess.

The evening will feature a complimentary carvery meal, followed by a group update (with some exciting news to share!), and then some relaxed team building in the bar afterwards.

This is a family-friendly event — the cinema will be showing a film with popcorn, and there’ll be access to the pool and snooker room (parental supervision required), along with other fun activities for all ages.

This event is an important chance to celebrate our achievements, share updates about both the Group and the District, discuss future projects and visions, and gather your thoughts and feedback. Most of all, it’s an opportunity to relax together and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished as one team.
